SWISS LACHS Zucchetti Skewers

Our recipe for SWISS LACHS Zucchetti Skewers can be optimally prepared on a grill or in a pan.
Ingredients for 8 skewers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- ¾ tsp. salt
- little pepper
- 3 x 200 g fresh salmon filet without skin (sashimi quality)
- 1 zucchetti, finely sliced lengthwise
- 1 bunch onion with the green (in pieces)
- 1 organic lemon, quartered (in slices)
- 8 wooden skewers
Dip
- 150 g Greek yogurt natural
- 1 organic lemon little grated peel
- 1 tablespoon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
- 2 pinches of salt
- little pepper
The preparation
Skewers
Mix oil, garlic and dill in a bowl, season. Add fish cubes, zucchini slices, green onion and lemon slices, mix and stick alternately on the wooden skewers.
Dip
Mix yogurt and all ingredients up to and including pepper in a small bowl.
Grill (charcoal/gas/electric grill)
Grill the skewers with the lid closed over medium-high embers at medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 10 min. Serve the skewers with the dip.
