Fresh whole swiss salmon (Salmo salar), gutted and washed. Raised in alpine water at our sustainable aquaculture farm in Lostallo, Graubünden. Naturally low in mercury and free from chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, and microplastics. Processed on site only after your order is received to ensure exceptional freshness and quality.

Fresh, whole young salmon (Salmo Salar), carefully gutted and washed. Young Swiss salmon from our sustainable salmon farm in Lostallo, Grisons, where the salmon are raised in fresh spring water to the highest quality standards – without any chemicals, antibiotics or microplastics. The fresh fish are processed directly on site and only when we receive your order. We rely on the manual labour of our experienced employees to guarantee the best possible quality. Preparation
Cut the salmon crosswise several times on both sides and fill the cuts with herbs or lemons. Brush the salmon generously with olive oil once before grilling. At medium heat, the young salmon needs about 10 minutes on each side until it is cooked.

We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
