1. General Conditions
1.1 Prices and Taxes
All prices listed on our product pages include the statutory VAT and all other applicable price components.
The final price, including shipping costs, will be displayed clearly in your shopping cart and on the order page before purchase completion.
1.2 Delivery Area
We currently deliver only to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For other destinations, please contact our customer service for more information.
1.3 Shipping Costs and Methods

1.3.1 Important notice:
- Orders are usually processed and delivered within 24 hours.
- Packages are delivered Tuesday to Saturday via DHL or Swiss Post. No deliveries on Mondays, as our fresh products require continuous refrigeration during transport.
- Fresh salmon/ sashimi orders are delivered Wednesday to Saturday only.
- The order deadline for next-day delivery is 12:00 (noon), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
1.4 Special Shipping Packaging for Fresh Products
We use special packaging designed for temperature-sensitive products to ensure that your order arrives perfectly chilled and in optimal condition.
Over the years, we have continuously invested in research to identify the most effective and sustainable packaging materials, allowing us to deliver your products as fresh as possible.
Our standard packaging consists of an insulated shipping box and ice packs made from recycled paper and water, frozen to -18°C. These ice packs are recyclable with paper waste after use.
For customers who prefer an even more sustainable option, our paper-based packaging comes optional at additional charge, and includes:
- Cardboard boxes made entirely from recyclable materials, suitable for standard cardboard recycling.
- Insulation mats made from 100% biodegradable hemp fibers, which can be composted or reused (for example, as plant insulation in winter).
- Ice packs made from recycled paper and water, frozen to -18°C and fully recyclable with paper waste.
1.5 Local Pickup
You may also pick up your order free of charge at our farms in Lostallo or Erstfeld.

2.3 Prioritized Processing
Gourmet Club orders are processed with priority, ensuring faster handling and dispatch compared to standard orders.
However, we follow our shipping methods and constraints as indicated in 1.3 and 1.3.1
