Our prices on price lists and on the Internet are non-binding. The indicated prices include the VAT and are valid for the following methods of payment: Cash on pickup, credit cards and e-payment. When you pay with your credit card, we will charge you the approximate costs when placing your order. The effective costs are only charged on the day of delivery due to the actual weight. The prices are valid from our farm in Lostallo (pick-up prices), exclusive shipping, packaging is at our expense. For orders of less than 300 CHF excl. VAT, we charge a flat-rate for transport costs of CHF 18.00 for the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. If an order exceeds CHF 300 excl. VAT, the flat-rate transport charge is waived. Swiss Alpine Fish AG takes highest importance to perfect quality deliveries.
The delivery takes place only to addresses in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein as long as we receive the orders before 12:00 noon. We pack our delicacies with cooling elements in special boxes and and deliver with DHL Express from Tuesday to Friday and with Mondexpress of the Swiss Post on Saturday. Order deadline is 12.00 o’clock for the following day (without guarantee). All orders after 12.00 noon will be processed and shipped the next day for the following day. Our delicacies are fresh products and smoked products and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore, it is not possible to deliver goods on Monday. No deliveries can be made abroad. Refrigerated products are generally only shipped with overnight express in special packaging. We ask you to store the products immediately after receipt in the refrigerator.
We will always strive to meet the delivery deadlines requested by the customer. If, however, faults which are not attributable to us in the business of the company, as well as cases of force majeure, which are based on an unforeseeable and indefinite event, the delivery time is extended accordingly. Any delays in delivery shall neither entitle the customer to cancel the order nor to assert any substitute claims. The delivery is deemed to be fulfilled when the goods leave our farm. The customer is responsible for shipping and transport. The packaging has cooling elements and is done with great care. In the case of a transport damage, the customer must immediately make a corresponding reservation with the transport company and inform us in writing of the damage. This also applies if the packaging of the goods has no external damage. Always check the goods thoroughly. Transport damage must be reported immediately.
Due to the perishability of the goods, actual returns are not allowed and can not be accepted. If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the customer must contact Customer Service on +41 44 250 60 90 at the latest 24 hours after delivery of the goods. Delayed claims can not be offset. In the case of a complaint, the customer is obliged to keep the goods refrigerated for collection and analysis at +4 ° C.
