The rearing team forms the centrepiece of our operation and is dedicated to the careful rearing of premium salmon. With expertise in aquaculture and great respect for the environment and fish welfare, they ensure that our fish thrive in optimal conditions and offer exceptional freshness from farm to table.
PROCESSING
MARKETING & SALES
The marketing and sales team promotes the growth of Swiss Lachs by developing and implementing events, marketing and communication strategies to strengthen the Swiss Lachs brand. The strategically important online business is developed and expanded by implementing various marketing activities and social media campaigns.
The sales department uses market and competition analyses to develop suitable sales strategies and implement them with key customers. Intensive support for key customers in the retail and fish trade ensures that our salmon delicacies reach fish lovers throughout Switzerland.
ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE
Our administration and finance team ensures the smooth operation of Swiss Lachs and manages budgets, financial planning and company processes. It takes care of logistics, human resources and compliance, ensures efficiency and transparency and supports sustainable business growth.
