Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. We only deliver to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. In addition to the prices listed, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of CHF 18.00 per order for delivery within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The shipping costs are clearly indicated again in the shopping basket system and on the order page. From an order amount of CHF 300.00 per order, the flat-rate shipping fee is waived and you will receive your delivery free of shipping costs. The flat rate shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. We deliver our goods fresh within 24 hours. You can select a desired delivery day in the order process. As with our products, we also place the highest value on environmental compatibility in our packaging. That is why we only use naturally renewable materials for shipping our fish:- The insulation mat was made from natural and 100% biodegradable hemp fibres. After use, you can put it in the compost bin or reuse it in many ways at home (for example, as winter insulation for your plants).
- The cardboard packaging is made exclusively of recyclable cardboard, which you can dispose of with a clear conscience.
- The Eco-Icepacks consist of a mixture of recycled paper and water. These are frozen to -18° before shipping, ensure refrigerated transport and can be disposed of with the waste paper after shipping.
