Nelson Müller is one of the most famous chefs in Germany. For ZDFzeit, he explored the question of which foods contain good, high-quality protein.

As part of the programme, Nelson Müller visited SWISS LACHS and took a look inside our fish tank. The visit offered an insight into our salmon farming and the quality of Swiss salmon from Lostallo.
