Let’s meet at Mercato del Gusto 2026

Swiss Lachs will be part of Mercato del Gusto 2026, taking place on Sunday, 7 June 2026, at Cantina alla Maggia in Ascona.

Mercato del Gusto returns for its fourth edition, bringing together exceptional chefs, local producers and food lovers for a full day dedicated to culinary discovery. Hosted by Cantina alla Maggia, the event will welcome the top chefs of The Living Circle group and their invited colleagues for a celebration of taste, craftsmanship and regional authenticity.

This year’s edition will feature 21 chefs, representing a total of 15 Michelin stars and 231 GaultMillau points. Guests can look forward to a wide variety of culinary creations, local produce, fine wines from Cantina alla Maggia and the opportunity to discover the estate’s agricultural production, including rice, rare maize varieties and much more.

The Swiss Lachs team will be there to share our story, introduce our products and offer guests a taste of salmon raised in the Swiss Alps. Visitors will also be able to choose from a selection of salmon delicacies to take home.

The market is open from 11:00 to 17:00, and admission is free of charge. The chefs’ portions cost CHF 7 each and are paid for with vouchers available at the information stalls. Drinks and other products are charged individually, and vouchers can also be used at the refreshment stands and stalls.
