The latest culinary creation from SWISS LACHS combines traditional smoking craftsmanship with the unique taste of Swiss salmon from Lostallo, Grisons.
The salmon side “Artisanal” is smoked hanging and cold, as the old Scottish smoking tradition requires. For the refinement of the salmon, special value is placed on the decades of experience and careful handcraft of the smoking master.
Our salmon side “Artisanal” is a unique product that combines Scottish tradition with Swiss quality.
We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
