Delicious Swiss salmon side from our sustainable salmon farm in Lostallo, Grisons, where the salmon are raised in fresh spring water to the highest quality standards – without any chemicals, antibiotics or microplastics. The fresh fish are processed directly on site and cold smoked in the in-house smokehouse in the traditional way. To do this, the fillets are first soaked in a brine marinade that gently soaks into the fillets overnight. Refined with a little table salt and delicately smoked over the best beech and oak wood, an incomparable and delicate aroma unfolds in this way. To preserve the delicious taste of our salmon, we deliver the salmon side including the skin. The salmon side is carefully cut by hand into even tranches using the D-cut, which preserves its structure and allows its flavour to intensify. Let us convince you of the purity of our Swiss salmon.

We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
