Only selected apples from eastern Switzerland are carefully processed to give the Alpstein Balsam Vinegar its harmonious flavour profile. At Lake Sämtis, the Alpstein Balsam Vinegar matures in Swiss oak barrels at 1209 meters until it has reached its full-bodied aroma.

We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
