That was our SWISS LAX anniversary weekend

“10 years of passion – 4 locations – 7 events”. Under this motto, we celebrated the tenth anniversary of the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of our salmon farm in Lostallo. We look back on a weekend of enjoyment that not only offered numerous customers and partners excellent salmon delicacies, but also exciting background information on our company history.

SWISS LACHS – Anniversary celebration




Our anniversary celebration at the salmon farm in Lostallo was all about enjoyment. We served 15 unique creations prepared with SWISS LACHS by the award-winning chefs at Grotto Descanso. The party was accompanied by music from the DJs of Ratio 3i.
SWISS LACHS – Asian Seven Style

At Asia Seven in Ascona, five courses celebrated the encounter between our SWISS LACHS and Japanese cuisine. Delicacies such as “Salmon Sashimi” and “Nigiri Selection” were served in an intimate, refined atmosphere.

SWISS LACHS – Sushi Masterclass





The chefs from Asia Seven shared their knowledge of sushi preparation in this masterclass. Lovers of Japanese cuisine also got their money’s worth with the accompaniment of Kitsune Sakè. The masterclass took place at our salmon farm in Lostallo.

Oscar Pedrioli, CFO of SWISS LACHS, took the participants on a short journey through the company’s history. From the birth of the idea of salmon farming in the Swiss mountains to the launch of our new SWISS LACHS Genuss-Club, Oscar led us through the presentation with humor and exciting facts.

Surprising flavors awaited the visitors of this event. Here, our salmon specialties were combined with excellent Japanese sake from Kitsune Sakè. A perfect encounter between distant but related culinary cultures.
SWISS LACHS – Gourmet Style by Alan Rosa

Alan Rosa, head chef at the “Groven” in Lostallo, prepared a five-course gourmet dinner for the guests of this event that highlighted every nuance of SWISS LACHS flavors. The motto of the culinary flight of fancy: sophistication and taste.

SWISS LACHS – Alpe Pian Doss Style

High up on the Alpe Pian Doss, our SWISS LACHS was served with local, seasonal ingredients at the end of the anniversary weekend. It was combined with polenta waffle and mountain thyme mayonnaise or polenta mantecata with Alpine cheese and sage.
