This set includes a whole salmon (approx. 1.5 to 2 kg) with a lemon pepper marinade that brings a bright citrus note and a smooth, herbal butter flavour that pairs naturally with the fish. Raised without antibiotics, hormones, and microplastics, our salmon offers a clean, high-quality taste. The lemon pepper marinade adds gentle acidity, buttery richness, and fragrant herbs, enhancing the salmon’s natural flavour without overpowering it.
