Fresh Swiss salmon fillet without skin from salmon raised in pure mountain water at our sustainable farm in Lostallo, Graubünden, without chemicals, antibiotics, or microplastics. Processed on site, the fillet is hand-cut only after you place your order, ensuring maximum freshness and a pure, natural flavour. With its delicate texture and the controlled, clean farming environment, it can be served immediately as sashimi.

Shelf life:3 days. Keep refrigerated at a maximum of 4 °C. After opening, store in a cool place and consume within 2 days.
Serving note:Please check the fillet for any remaining bones before serving. Although our team inspects each fillet with great care, an occasional pin bone may remain.
Vacuum-sealed.
Delivered in a controlled, chilled shipping box that maintains optimal temperature for up to 48 hours. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout.The order deadline for next-day delivery is 12:00 (noon), excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
