Preparation

Remove the fish from its packaging about 2 hours before cooking. Score the skin with a long cut every 2 to 3 cm, then massage the marinade over the entire fish, including the belly cavity. Let the salmon rest in the refrigerator for roughly 2 hours.
Cook the salmon in the oven at about 170°C for around 30 minutes. The fish is ready when the center of the thickest part reaches a core temperature of about 65°C, ensuring it is fully cooked and still tender.
You can also grill the fish or cook it in a pan. Keep the heat moderate to prevent the herbs and butter notes in the marinade from burning during the longer cooking time.

We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
