SWISS LACHS, a leading company in the field of sustainable salmon production in Switzerland, is looking for a dynamic and motivated salesperson (m/f/d) for its shop in Lostallo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, direct sales of our products and the daily operation of the shop.

Your tasks

• Reception and customer service
• Sales and advice on Swiss salmon products
• Management of the cash register and payment transactions
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the shop
• Support with promotional activities and local marketing
• Working with the team to ensure a high quality of service

Your qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and German; knowledge of another language (English or French) is an advantage
• Experience in retail or a similar role
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends if required
• Willingness to travel during the day to support pop-up shops
• Friendly, communicative and customer-orientated personality
• Reliability, accuracy and ability to work in a team
