Technician processing (m/f/d)

Swiss Lachs, a leading company in sustainable salmon production in Switzerland, is looking for a motivated Technician Processing to support and maintain efficient processing operations in Lostallo.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding, practical experience in food production or processing, and a clear focus on quality, hygiene and efficient workflows. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team-oriented production environment.

Main responsibilities

• Support daily processing activities and ensure smooth production workflows
• Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment
• Assist with technical checks, troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and food safety standards
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the processing area
• Work closely with the processing team to ensure consistently high quality

Requirements

• Italian or English language skills
• Technical training or experience in food production, processing or a comparable role
• Good technical understanding and practical working style
• Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and safety
• Good physical condition and ability to work independently and efficiently
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Reliability, accuracy and strong teamwork skills
