Electrical Technician, Maintenance (M/F/D)

Swiss Lachs is looking for an Electrical Technician Maintenance to support the reliable operation and maintenance of our technical systems. In this role, you will help ensure that our aquaculture facilities run safely, efficiently and without interruption.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, practical experience in electrical maintenance and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. The position requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a modern production environment.

Your tasks

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support fast, effective solutions
• Monitor and maintain technical infrastructure in the aquaculture facility
• Support preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
• Document maintenance work and technical interventions
• Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams

Your qualifications

• Completed technical training as an electrician, electrical technician or in a comparable field
• Practical experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a production or industrial environment
• Good technical understanding and a hands-on working style
• Strong awareness of safety and quality
• Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently
• Flexibility regarding working hours and on-call duties
• English language skills; Italian or German are an advantage
