You need a user account for club membership so that you are registered as a club member in the SWISS LACHS store system and can benefit from discount campaigns. You can also make settings for your club membership in your user account. You can create the user account directly in the checkout area. After submitting your order, you will receive an activation link for your customer account. After full payment and activation of your user account, you will be registered as a SWISS LACHS enjoyment club member.
No, unfortunately this is not possible because you must first be registered and activated as a club member in order to be automatically assigned the discount code by the system.
You will not receive a separate discount code. You will automatically receive the 10% discount on salmon products in the shopping cart for the SWISS LACHS product groups: Fresh salmon, smoked salmon and gravad salmon. Please make sure that you have clicked on the activation link for your user account beforehand. You must also be logged into your customer account for each order so that the 10% discount can be deducted at the checkout.
In order to benefit from the reduced delivery costs of the Gourmet Club membership, you must be logged into your customer account when placing an order. The delivery costs will then be calculated automatically.

Yes, you can extend a Gourmet Club membership yourself before it expires or purchase a new one after it expires. Both are possible and you have no disadvantages, regardless of which option you choose. Please note, however, that the discount can only be applied once your Club membership has been activated. In the case of a new membership, the minimum term of 3 months also starts again.
No, a combination with other discount codes is unfortunately not possible.
Yes, you can manage your Club membership in your customer account under the menu item "My subscription". There you can also set your Club membership to renew automatically. Your Club membership will be deactivated without manual renewal.
Yes, you will receive a notification 1 week before your Gourmet Club membership expires.
No, unfortunately you cannot pause your membership. We recommend that you choose the period that suits you best at the start of your membership. You can choose between 3, 6, 9 and 12 months and then renew at equal intervals.
You can also cancel your Club membership before the end of the booked period, provided you have not made an advance payment. If you pay in advance, your membership will always run for the booked period. In this case, you will not receive a refund. Please note that your Club membership can only be canceled after a minimum term of 3 months. You will find the button in your customer account under "Subscriptions" in the "Promotions" section.
