We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Processing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for smoking, packaging, and preparing our premium salmon products. The ideal candidates values precision, hygiene and is teamwork oriented.

Your tasks

• Smoking and packaging our premium salmon products
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Assist with inventory control and product labeling

Your qualifications

• Experience in food production
• Attention to detail
• Team-oriented, with good communication
• Fluent in Italian
• High school diploma or equivalent
