The pine wood smoking board gives the salmon placed on it a fantastic, smoky flavour and also protects it from direct contact with the fire. In addition, the placement on the board ensures that nothing sticks to the grill grate.

How to use the smoking board
To prevent the smoking board from catching fire on the barbecue, you must first soak it in water for at least two hours. During this time, the pine wood soaks up water. The water then evaporates on the grill and gives your food a tasty smoked flavour.

We deliver cooled with ice-pads in insulation mats made of hemp fibers and packed in sustainable cardboard packaging from Tuesday to Saturday. The order deadline for delivery on the following day is 12:00 noon. Our products are fresh and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore a delivery of goods on Monday is not possible.
