Your tasks

• Correspondence in German
• Supporting the Managing Director in organisational and administrative matters
• Procurement and management of internal infrastructure
• Acting as a central hub for internal coordination

Your qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English; Italian and/or French are an advantage
• Good MS Office user skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet applications
• Strong organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Quick comprehension
• Healthy curiosity
• Flexibility
