Farm Shop Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Swiss Lachs, a leading company in sustainable salmon production in Switzerland, is looking for a motivated Farm Shop Sales Assistant to support our customers and represent our premium Swiss salmon products in the farm shop.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has a friendly and service-oriented attitude, and is interested in high-quality food products. The role requires strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to provide professional advice on Swiss salmon products in a welcoming shop environment.

Your tasks

• Reception and customer service
• Sales and advice on Swiss salmon products
• Presentation and care of products in the farm shop
• Support with daily shop operations
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales area
• Working with the team to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Your qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and German
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Experience in sales, customer service or retail
• Friendly, professional and service-oriented attitude
• Interest in premium food products and customer advice
• Reliability, accuracy and team spirit
