The website www.swisslachs.ch is operated and owned by Swiss Alpine Fish AG.

 

1. Prices

Our prices on price lists and on the Internet are non-binding. The indicated prices include the VAT and are valid for the following methods of payment: Cash on pickup, credit cards and e-payment. When you pay with your credit card, we will charge you the approximate costs when placing your order. The effective costs are only charged on the day of delivery due to the actual weight. The prices are valid from our farm in Lostallo (pick-up prices), exclusive shipping, packaging is at our expense. Depending on the weight we subsidse a large part of the express post costs. Swiss Alpine Fish AG takes highest importance to perfect quality deliveries.

2. Delivery

The delivery takes place only to addresses in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein as long as we receive the orders before 12:00 noon. We pack our delicacies with cooling elements in special boxes and deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. Order closing is 12:00 noon for the following day. All orders after 12:00 noon will be processed and shipped the next day. Our delicacies are fresh products and smoked products and must be kept refrigerated. Therefore, it is not possible to deliver goods on Monday. No deliveries can be made abroad. In general, refrigerated products will only be delivered by post-express in special packaging. We ask you to store the products immediately after receipt in the refrigerator.

3. Fulfillment of the delivery and transport damage

We will always strive to meet the delivery deadlines requested by the customer. If, however, faults which are not attributable to us in the business of the company, as well as cases of force majeure, which are based on an unforeseeable and indefinite event, the delivery time is extended accordingly. Any delays in delivery shall neither entitle the customer to cancel the order nor to assert any substitute claims. The delivery is deemed to be fulfilled when the goods leave our farm. The customer is responsible for shipping and transport. The packaging has cooling elements and is done with great care. In the case of a transport damage, the customer must immediately make a corresponding reservation with the transport company and inform us in writing of the damage. This also applies if the packaging of the goods has no external damage. Always check the goods thoroughly. Transport damage must be reported immediately.

4. Return of goods

Due to the perishability of the goods, actual returns are not allowed and can not be accepted. If for any reason the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the customer must contact Customer Service on +41 44 250 60 90 at the latest 24 hours after delivery of the goods. Delayed claims can not be offset. In the case of a complaint, the customer is obliged to keep the goods refrigerated for collection and analysis at +4 ° C. In case of a justified complaint, the Seller will terminate the case and, if applicable, partially or completely indemnify the Customer.

5. Payment Terms

The customer can process the payment by Paypal, credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, as well as via PostFinance methods, Postcard and e-finance. The payment must be done by credit card in advance or in cash at the time of collection at our shop in Lostallo. Deliveries against invoice only take place in exceptional cases. We reserve the right to demand a different payment method.

6. Privacy

Your data will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes. With complete processing of the contract and complete purchase price payment, your data will be blocked for further use and will be deleted after expiration of the statutory retention periods. We secure our website and other systems by means of technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, a complete protection against all dangers is not possible. According to the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG), you have the right to free information about your stored data (Article 8 DSG) as well as a right to rectification (Article 5 para 2 DSG). Requests for information may also be sent to the competent authority in electronic form.

You can visit our site without giving any details about yourself. We only store access data without personal reference such as, the name of your Internet service provider, the page from which you visit us, or the name of the requested file. We will only use this data to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you. Personal data will only be collected if you voluntarily notify us as part of your order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter. We use the data provided by you without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of your order. With complete processing of the contract and full purchase price payment, your data will be blocked for further use and will be deleted after expiration of the statutory retention periods unless you have expressly agreed to the further use of your data.
